After entering in the code, your order value will be automatically updated with the offer. If you are still having problems, you may want to check the offer is still valid. This is no problem. Within your My Account page you can click on My Address Book and add as many alternative addresses as you wish. You can arrange for items to be delivered to any address you wish. Alternatively, you can enter an alternative address in the checkout process.

We only hold a certain amount of stock in our warehouse in Devon. We try to order in enough for our customers, but sometimes we get it wrong. You will be able to see on the product page whether it is "Awaiting Stock" or "In Stock". If the product you order is Awaiting stock, we will get it to you as soon as we can get it from our supplier. It is worth placing an order for a product as we will ensure that we order in the product especially for you.
