Make Me Monster: A Mish Mash of Monstercraft
"Me Make Monster" presents a hoard of funky and cute monster projects with step-by-step instructions as well as lighthearted and witty stories about each creature and the creature's creator (the author or her hand-picked contributors). Some of these monsters are functional - like a tote bag or a pillow - and some of them are purely monster art. The monsters are constructed of different kinds of materials, including fabric, yarn and fiber, hard materials (wood, metal, and plastic) and a mishmash of the aforementioned materials. Variation monsters give readers even more ideas, and graphic monster sections between each chapter offer readers images they can copy to use in their own monster crafts.
