Decopatch is a playful adaption of the French word decoupage. (decouper), which translates as to cut off. Very thin but super strong and flexible, it easily covers every shapeand texture. It goes on smoothly, so there is never a seam or bubble.It’s like painting with paper! Decopatch applies beautifully andevenly to any surface - wood, metal, papier mache, plastic, glass,ceramic, fabric, acrylic, wax, wicker, cardboard and stone.

All you need to do is select your animal or shape, rip or cut the Decopatch paper into small pieces (about a stamp size) and apply with the Decopatch glue covering the paper with it to create a glossy paint-like finish. The result will have a beautiful bright painted effect and will be waterproof and light-fast, thanks to the special glazed, dyed paper and glossy varnish-glue designed to give the project a shiny protective layer.
