How to Use the Download Store

How to download ebooks and craft patterns

Now you can start your next craft project straight away! With eBooks and PDF pattern downloads there's no need to wait for the postman to deliver your order, you can just purchase the download and view it on your PC, laptop or tablet, or print it out in the comfort of your own home.

Remember, when you buy any downloadable pattern or project, you will have all the instructions, diagrams and techniques. If you delete your download from your device, you can access it again at any time through the My Downloadable Products area of your account on the Stitch Craft Create website.*

It’s so easy!

Step 1.  Add the product to your basket by clicking on the Add to Basket button. Purchase your downloadable product as normal, at the checkout.

Step 2.  You will receive an email with your purchase confirmation. In the email there is a link to download your project. This is next to the product name on your order – click on the link that says download. This will download your project and you can save or print as normal. If it opens the download in your internet browser, and you would rather save the file to your computer, try right-clicking on the link and selecting 'save link as'.

Step 3.  If you lose your printed-off project or can't find your saved download you can either go back to the email and click the link to re-download it, or you can download it again from the My Downloadable Products section of My Account. You will be able to access your projects at anytime.

*Please note:  If you check out as a guest, we will not have created an account for you and therefore you will not be able to access your download through an account.  You will be able to click the link on your purchase confirmation email.
